Host Casino, its managers, employees, promoters, tournament directors, sponsors, tournament organizations & their agencies are not responsible for deaths, injuries, damages, liability, theft, fire, or any loss of any kind of the Walleye Tournament entrants.

Any entrant, upon signing of Entry Form, will be signing a Waiver Form.
